Shipping Policy

Dispatch

  • Authotics will dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Provider

  • Authotics engages Sendle Pty Ltd ("Sendle") as our third-party shipping and logistics provider.
  • Once an order is collected from our facility by Sendle, the goods are deemed to be in transit and under the exclusive care, custody, and control of Sendle.

Risk of Loss or Damage

  • Risk of loss, delay, or damage to products passes to the customer at the time Sendle takes possession of the goods.
  • Authotics shall not be liable for any loss, delay, misdelivery, or damage to the goods once they are in the possession of Sendle.
  • Any claims for compensation, replacement, or reimbursement arising from loss, delay, or damage in transit must be made directly with Sendle and will be subject to Sendle's terms and conditions of carriage.
  • Authotics will provide reasonable assistance (including proof of dispatch and tracking details) to support customers in lodging such claims with Sendle but bears no liability for the outcome.

Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email confirmation including a Sendle tracking number and link.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their delivery using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete.
  • Authotics shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Where international orders are offered, delivery times may vary significantly due to customs clearance and local postal service performance.
  • All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
