Our platform does not provide emergency medical care or replace in-person consultations with a healthcare professional.
Digital consultations are designed to address low-risk biomechanical issues and are not a substitute for face-to-face medical evaluations. All patient notes are completed in accordance with the Podiatry Guidelines of New South Wales, ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical practices.
All patient data is handled with strict confidentiality, encrypted throughout every stage of the process, and managed with strict adherence to accountable security protocols. This ensures your personal and medical information remains safe and protected at all times.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Payment and Refunds
Payment for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
If the product is defective upon receipt.
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical or platform errors.
Customized orthotics are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
